Whilst going though pregnancy, your body is gradually adapting. However, you may experience back and postural problems.

A tailored treatment plan based on this will be provided and include specific, safe ante-natal exercises and advice.
Over 50% of women have a weakness in either their tummy or pelvic floor area, and over 30% suffer with chronic pelvic pain. This creates instability and poor core strength, and results in an altered transfer load, back pain, pelvic pain, and bladder and bowel weakness.
